Students ordained deacons in Rutana anglican diocese

Four students were ordained deacons in Rutana Agnlican diocese, on Sunday, December 11th, 2022. The university is achieving its goal as it impacts the community by providing the Church and the country with well-trained servants capable of promoting the integral development of the community. These servants are equipped to tackle the social and spiritual challenges of the modern world.

A team of the university staff took part in that event and took advantage of the opportunity to sensitize the Christians who were there about the newly opened faculties and call them to send students to the university.

Addressing the congregation, bishop Pontien Ribakare appreciated the work of the University that trained four of the five deacons who were ordained. He urged the present congregation to send students to benefit from the formation provided in the different faculties open there. In addition to the Faculty of Theology, three more faculties are opened. These are the Faculty of Arts Administration and Communication, the Faculty of Economics and Management Studies and the Faculty of Science and Technology He also mentioned that registration of new students is going on.
